PROCESS 

1. Register your profile 

Register your Name,Profession,English competency and other details for the three months career support package through whatsapp/Facebook/Email.We will go through your details and send you a subscription number for first three months.If you dont renew it after three months,the subscription will be automatically non-operational.

We accept general registrations from medical workers ,IT ,education and other professions as many of our roles are not posted on our job boards. Our first source of job seekers for new roles is always in our own database. Just because we don’t have an immediate obvious job opening does not mean we can’t help you.

 We meet with many of our candidates whether you have applied for a specific medical job or not. Where it is not possible, and we feel a position is a good investment of your time, we will have chat with you to ensure that you understand the role and we understand you. We will be honest with you if the role is not a right fit for you or we are not the right consultant.

 After your registration,we will ask you to submit your basic resume.  We work to make sure resume truly represents you and will inform you should we need additional information to ensure your chances of success. We collaborate with many of our candidates to re-write their resumes.

Bringing vacancies to you

 After we realise you,we will start bringing vacancies to you from the employer, registered migration agents,migrant recruiters, etc. If you are qualified to attend the interviews via online or phone, we will give you all the support and make sure you get the guidelines to attend successfully. 

Interview Support

 As your application progresses with the employers, we will work closely with you to ensure that you have the information you need at each phase including interview preparations. We help during this process and know the common mistakes. We are always pleased to provide general support and guidance if you askeedasked as well as specifics for particular clients and processes – including presentations, testing, assessment centres and phone or video interviews.

 If you get hired for the position, we will support you to your start date with your migration agent or a recruiter.But our prime focus is to bringing you the right employers and attend interview successfully If your application is unsuccessful, we will endeavour to provide you with constructive feedback.
